Situated on land that has been in the family for generations, this new custom home is envisioned as a lasting place for gathering, growth, and everyday living.

The approximately 5,000-square-foot residence revolves around a young family, with flexibility, longevity, and aging in place woven into every decision. Every space is shaped to support daily life now and adapt alongside the family over time.

Entertaining family and friends is central to the clients' lifestyle. The home features a seamless indoor–outdoor connection, with gathering spaces that flow freely between interior and exterior, creating a welcoming environment for quiet evenings or larger celebrations. At its heart, a spacious kitchen for avid home chefs and an open great room anchored by an indoor–outdoor fireplace serve as the hub of connection and shared experiences.
